2. Floral Availability & Seasonal Substitutions
Fresh flowers are natural products subject to seasonal and daily market availability. While we make every effort to replicate pictured bouquets and arrangements, minor seasonal substitutions of equivalent or higher value may occasionally occur while preserving the color palette (lilac, purple, accent tones) and overall design aesthetic.
3. Free Estimates & Orders
All quote requests submitted through this website are free and non-binding. Final order confirmations, delivery details, and accepted payments (Zelle, Cash, Card) are coordinated directly between the customer and Yunuen Tapia.
4. Limitation of Liability
LM Flowers strives for 100% customer satisfaction. In the rare event of delivery issues or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 562-392-2447 so we may resolve the matter promptly.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the County of Los Angeles.
